Peter Brownlee

Based in Los Angeles, CA, I work as a freelance music producer, engineer, and mix engineer.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music. I’ve been working full time as a producer for 12 years. I’ve been playing and performing music for 27 years and recording music for 21.

I have a passion for recording and producing all manner of audio media including music, scoring, audiobooks, podcasts and sound for picture. I specialize in recording to analog tape and the operation of large format consoles.

I also design, build and wire recording studios.

It is my goal to create meaningful work in audio recording and to help artists realize their visions.
